Our regular office hours are Monday- Friday, 8AM till 5:30PM. Our operations/couriers run 24/7.

We provide after hours service 365 days per year. Please call 416-938-4615 after our regular office hours between the hours of 5:30PM to 8:00AM Monday through Friday and on the weekends to use this service. Just call and place your order. We guarantee your delivery.

Our Standards

At Secured Courier all couriers will provide fully completed weighbills with pickup times, delivery times and printed signature on all calls (without exception).

All weighbill P.O.D.'s are inputted into our computer system for instant Proof Of Delivery and tracking.

All of our couriers participate in an incentive program and weekly training / motivational sessions. We are Toronto's highest profile courier and wish to remain there. Total Customer Satisfaction is our greatest goal.

All Couriers are easily identified as Secured Courier brokers, They are neat and presentable at all times, as they are not only representing Secured Courier but more importantly, your firm.
